The site provides a 15-day return policy. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 60 days from the date of delivery. Make sure to contact the site at RMA@ylighting.com to obtain a RMA number. Once the RMA is issued, the item must be sent within 10 days. Items returned without RMA will not be accepted.
Returned items must be in unused and uninstalled condition, in their original packaging.
Refunds do not cover shipping and handling costs. Also, light bulbs are not returnable.
