All items for return must have its original packaging intact or sealed and must have return merchandise authorization number. To request for RMA number, submit a CRM ticket using the form on the contact page. Refund may be issued but does not include shipping cost. A 25% restocking fee also applies.

VaporKings ships orders only in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands and APO addresses. Orders placed before 2pm CST, Monday -Friday, will be shipped on the same day. Orders for Next Day Air Delivery can be placed until 3pm and be processed on the same day. Most shipping fees are calculated when orders are processed. Here are the shipping methods available:
Does this site offer any warranties or guarantees?
Yes, most VaporKings products are covered with 14 days warranty starting from delivery date unless they are misused. Low resistance atomizers, all cartridges, liquid tanks and cartomizers have 48 hours warranty but if these have been used with VG based e-liquids, the warranty becomes null. E-Liquid flavors, automatic batteries damaged by overfilled cartridges or cartomizers does not have any warranty.
